If the Buyer is a consumer, nothing in these terms and conditions will affect their statutory rights or their right to cancel a contract.

Manaq Al Rabie Trading Co. maintains a separate price list, which is updated periodically. While we strive to maintain these prices, individual prices may vary without prior notice. If a price differs from the published list, we will make every effort to notify the Buyer before processing the order.

Buyer: Refers to the person, firm, or company contracting with the Seller to purchase goods.

Seller: Refers to Manaq Al Rabie Trading Co.

Goods: Refers to all items supplied by the Seller to the Buyer from time to time.

Order: Refers to a request placed by the Buyer for the supply of Goods.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the trial period for goods is seven days from the date of receipt. At the end of this period, the goods will be invoiced as a sale unless the Seller has provided written confirmation of a different arrangement.
